Spotlight

Mona Siegel is a professor of history at California State University, Sacramento. 

For two decades she has been researching and writing on the histories of feminism, pacifism, internationalism, and anticolonialism, garnering awards from the United States Institute of Peace, the Spencer Foundation, and the Peace History Society, among others. 

In 2016 and 2018 she was awarded two fellowships from the National Endowment for the Humanities to complete the research of a book on global women's activism at the tail end of the First World War.
